Excalibur Machine and Fabrication, a member of Esmark
Industrial Group, is a solutions-driven contract manufacturer. We strive to work with each end user to develop a customized supply chain. Mill-direct purchasing, advanced machining and fabrication equipment, and our skilled workforce are the primary drivers for our world class quality and excellent customer service.
We are fully vertically integrated – from material procurement and processing through certified welding and assembly, machining, fabrication and finishing. Excalibur is ISO-certified, we own and operate our own fleet of trucks, and our welders have AWS certifications.
Excalibur enjoys an extensive customer list which contains some of the premier industrial equipment manufacturers in the country. Excalibur provides innovative methods of design, build, repair, and improvement of manufacturing equipment.

Our machinists use over 40 pieces of CNC equipment to provide our customers with the highest quality product.
FABRICATING
Excalibur has a solid engineering and technical foundation for a wide variety of custom fabrications in ferrous and non-ferrous metal forming equipment. Our welders are certified to fabricate carbon, stainless, and alloy steels to AWS D1.1 Standards.
ASSEMBLY
Excalibur’s assembly team can handle all aspects of your project, including: Fitting • Welding • Electrical Work • Hydraulics • Automation • Assembly • Testing
